Great but allergic to an ingredient
If you have no shellfish allergy I do recomment this product. I did not have any fishy taste after taking it or experience any other typical and often complained about issues. I bought this omega 3 because it did not contain shellfish (my serious allergy) according to the label. I took it for a week and could not figure out why I had broken out in an eczema type rash thing on my body. I am not sure if it went away because I stopped taking it or if it went away because I started putting hazelnut oil on the rash but I haven't taken it again since because I am worried that something in the ingredients is caused my sudden skin issue
