Will be sticking with this one from now on. Since it needs to be kept in the fridge, I take out just a few at a time & keep in a pill bottle to take along with my other daily meds & refill as needed. I was surprised to find out that they were tablets instead of capsule even though the stoke reorder number was the same. They are easy to swallow and are soft enough to even crush to put in applesauce if you have someone you need to. They did the job along with some yogurt and my stomach appreciated it very much
