I did the calculations between 10 different brands of green tea supplements in the Amazon store and these turned out to be the cheapest per milligram of green tea extract. Ten is obviously just a minuscule sample of the plethora of products available, and this could change, but for now, I've found a brand I like. Definitely has caffeine in it. Take five with no caffeine tolerance and you will feel it. As for the other effects... I don't know, it's a green tea supplement, it feels healthier than coffee, and is undoubtedly healthier than soda, but beyond that, what can I say

Good Product & Well Priced

Green tea is a great source for energy. The benefits from these vitamins are yet to be seen. Lowering cholesterol and suppressing appetite appear to be some possible benefits. Overall, this is a good product and at a fair price

Seems to work with caution

It seem to slug off the intestines after meals. Slow cleaning, slightly smelly poop. Bathroom twice a day versus once. But not diarrhea. But read of people having liver damage from over use or with high doses especially under 18. So now it reads adults only. Also in Canada they had many incidents and a family of a 17 year old wants stronger warnings on the label. So don't try to take over the recommended dose and pay attention to liver symptoms. I changed to taking only one daily

These are not green

These are easy to swallow and at 200 in the bottle, appear to be a good value. However, I'm concerned that they are not green. When you open them and pour out the tea, it is light brown and smells like instant tea that has lemon in it. Kind of weird. I have Macha tea, and it is green. Also, the tea in green tea bags is green. Would like to know why this is not

Unflavored

I'm sure it's placebo effect, but when I'm bloated, I take these, raspberry ketones, and peppermint/fennel capsules at night, and feel/lol much better the next day. And just FYI/tmi, I have IBS, and feel like nothing but the trifecta listed above, helps on bloated days. If your have IBS, you probably know what I mean when I say, it's hard to find anything that works

I really wanted to give these pills a try but I had to throw them out. The bottle was oily and the label looked it very old.. it looked like these pills were used I was too afraid to try them
