I experience chronic pain, including arthritis, along with chronic inflammation. I've tried several turmeric products, but this brand is the most effective anti-inflammatory for me. The 1000 mg dose is large; the 500 mg is easier to swallow. Now, I only use turmeric daily and occasionally an NSAID or Tylenol if experiencing a flare-up.
