My hubby kept coming up with a Vitamin D shortage which isn't good. I finally purchased these since I could get them in 10,000 IU and most stores don't carry that strength. He gets good test results since he has been taking these. I will keep buying them as long as I can get them on Amazon. They are made in the USA which is very important to me

I gave 1 star because it does not have any flavor so I don't know how to rate that...overall it helps with my fatigue, the days I forget to take it I can tell because my body gets sluggish..will buy agai
