Terrible Quality Control by Maker and Seller
The product I received has serious problems, apparently the result of p-poor quality control by BOTH the manufacturer and this seller. * First, the bottle had NO plastic security seal around the lid, meaning it may or may not have been tampered with prior to shipping. * Second, it had NO secondary styrofoam security seal under the lid (over the mouth of the bottle) AND no signs that it had ever had one at all. * Third, the label's barcode had been covered by a much larger sticker giving it a new barcode. On closer inspection, there was another DIFFERENT sticker under that sticker evidencing the bottle had gone through that process TWICE although both stickers had virtually the same new barcode info. All this labeling and relabeling means the bottle had been processed at least 3 times by the manufacturer, although whether it was full of capsules during the last 2 runs is unknown. * Fourth, the 2 new barcode stickers are so large that they cover up part of the original label's "WARNING" section, including part of the manufacturer's warning NOT to use the product if the security seal under the lid is missing - LIKE THIS ONE WAS. Since I live in Mexico, I have most of my Amazon orders shipped to friends in the US and they bring my goodies down here for me, eliminating the extra time and money required for international shipping. However, in this case I now have a product that the manufacturer insists that I shouldn't use, but which would cost me much more to ship back to the seller than the product is even worth, meaning I'm now stuck with a possibly defective or even dangerous product that I paid good money for. It seems as though both the manufacturer AND the seller have faulty Quality Control or perhaps none at all; not a good idea when it involves a product that you EAT. Regardless of where I live, none of this should EVER have happened and I'd like my money refunded
