Works Great!
I used to have to take a prescription version of Vitamin D (50,000 IU once a week), but after getting a horrible kidney stone that required surgery, I wondered if the high dose of Vitamin D was the cause. I talked to my doctor, and she told me to try just taking Vitamin D3 5000 IU over the counter daily. It keeps my Vitamin D in range (I have a blood test every 6 months), and I haven't had any Kidney stones since (not that we for sure know the prescription Vitamin D was the cause). I like this brand because the price is good, it's easy to swallow and it doesn't cause any stomach upset
