Cold symptom relief
This immune formula is excellent! I've purchased it twice and plan to buy it again. It helps tremendously at the first signs of a cold. I took three capsules before bed, and by morning, I felt fine. It contains lysine, vitamin C, calcium, propolis, and echinacea extract.
