I take this regularly at the same time each day and never miss. It has really helped reduce the inflammation in my wrists due to osteoarthritis, and when the inflammation is under control, the pain disappears. It has worked for me for six months now, and I have no pain or side effects.

This Qunol with turmeric is like a miracle vitamin! It works better than pain meds. After knee surgery three years ago, which led to osteoarthritis, I tried this and felt less pain and swelling within hours. Two months later, I experience very little to no pain, a remarkable shift from 8 to 2! My husband tried it for his hand pain and is now pain-free too!
