Excellent "Counterattack!" I bought it upon seeing the ingredients. When my 80-year-old mother caught a cold, we combined it with Cordyceps, and it worked wonders. There is nothing like this - IF you start using it immediately, within a day of the first symptom, sniffle, sore throat, or anything "off", take two at a time not to exceed eight in a day. I haven’t fallen ill in two years; previously, any cold would lead to a two-month sinus infection. LOVING THIS PRODUCT!
