Rainbow Light makes a very high quality Vitamin D gummy. Been using for several years now. But this vendor shipped bad product. Both containers arrived and the gummies had all melted together. Read More...I have a very low Vit D level. I have tried so many different brands and forms of Vit D3 and they all made my stomach hurt so bad I just gave up looking. While looking for something else I discovered these. I was kind of nervous to try another one. It would take me weeks to get over one dose. I thought of my low low levels and my Dr. keeps assuring me I will feel better if I can get my levels up. I tried one gummy. Nothing happened to my stomach. I did this for awhile. I moved up to two at a time. Still my stomach was ok. I have not moved up to three. Makes me nervous. So for now just two. I would encourage anyone to try these. I am really glad I did

They used to get sick a lot in the fall and now they don't. You need to take them with something "fatty" or the Vitamin D won't adhere in the body
Read More...These used to be better, but the last batch I ordered came in a different bottle and they're not nearly as good. The sugar seems larger and more grainy, and there's just something "off" about them. I may try ordering once more, but if they continue to taste like this batch did, I'm switching to a new brand. It's a shame, too, because I've been buying this brand for years now and they used to be a 5-star product. And of course - be careful about ordering these in the summer. Read More...Upset that I ordered these without fully reading the ingredients. Why are we still using gelatin at all? Gelatin is made from animal parts, and that makes this a non-vegetarian product. Why not use something like Agar-Agar to help this product gel? I was so happy to read that this product had all of these things going for it: Contains no wheat‚ gluten‚ milk‚ lactose‚ soy‚ peanuts‚ eggs‚ fish‚ shellfish. No artificial sweeteners or preservatives. But none of those things matter if I would still be consuming crushed-up animal bones. Thank you for reconsidering your formula to make it vegan friendly

Glad to note that everyone had their Vitamin D levels checked with bloodwork this year and everyone has heathy levels. They looked like they'd been melted and squished together, and were nearly impossible to get apart in order to take. I ended up cutting the container open, scooping out the gelatinous mess of vitamin, and cutting them with scissors into vaguely gummy-sized portions. I've ordered these before and had no issues. I'm personally not a fan of lemon flavored things, but aside from that it does it's job. Both my daughter and I had increased Vit D levels. Read More...Have been very hesitant about a Vitamin D supplement, although my PA has been on me to taken one. I was worried about tummy upset, etc. Yes, of course, I'm more worried about osteoporosis but don't want to be a miserable wretch trying to prevent it. In short, these gummies are tasty and have a wonderful texture. I've taken one on an empty stomach each day since my purchase with zero stomach upset. Hopefully my next labs will show an improvement.
