I can’t live without this; if I miss a dose, my hot flashes return! This product works so well that I no longer experience night sweats or menopausal hot flashes! This is the best multivitamin! I have relied on it since I turned 50, over eight years ago. It helps with my hot flashes and other menopausal issues. While the pill is a bit large, it's easy to swallow and has no flavour.

I won't repeat my purchase. I chose these vitamins due to their ingredients and positive reviews, but for me, it was a failure. I expected relief from hot flashes, yet experienced none. Perhaps these vitamins provided some benefits, though at present, I have no evidence of this.
