I've been taking this vitamin from a fantastic company for years. After running out and trying another brand, my sleep worsened and my digestion was affected. Once I got this product again, my sleep improved significantly and my digestion is back to normal. It’s easy to swallow and has no unpleasant taste. I'm so pleased to be back on this favourite!
