Hit or miss on the integrity of the product, but this stuff works! Prior to usage, I was often battling diarrhoea or constipation. As this became a daily issue, I looked for solutions, trying probiotics. I chose Rainbow Light based on past positive experiences. This is a 3-star review due to the first bottle arriving melted, but the second was fine. If it had been pricier, it would have rated lower. Overall, it has completely resolved my digestive issues, and I'm now more regular than I have been in a long time. I'll continue to buy, but if I receive another melted product, I will request a refund.

Reduced tummy aches

So far, so good. I bought these for my 5-year-old daughter, who frequently complains about tummy aches and struggles with bowel movements. With a family history of stomach issues, I sought a healthier option that she would enjoy. These taste great, though they're a bit hard to chew. My only concern is that they aren't labelled as GMO-free, as I believe GMOs contribute to gut problems. She hasn’t complained much since taking them, experiencing a bit of diarrhoea but nothing alarming. I prefer they adopt a more organic approach in the future.
