Best there is. My wife and I start taking this product the moment we sense a raspy or sore throat coming on or even a little sinus congestion. It is hands-down the best for boosting our immune system immediately. We wouldn't trade it for anything else on the market, having tried them all. Counter Attack has been a mainstay in our household for several years!
