Read More...It has zero flavour. It's just a capsule. I only take one every morning on an empty stomach. My nails are like on steroids. Lol. I haven't had issues with my right knee anymore. I was having horrible pains in my knee and not anymore. My plantar fasciitis also is nonexistent since taking collagen. I don't know if these supplements were the cause. Read More...I bought this product for an arthritic condition hoping it would help with stiffness and soreness in my joints. I also purchased it for my skin. I didn't notice much in the form of pain relief but it DID improve my hair, skin and nails drastically. I continued my normal skin care routine and took these for a month and noticed within 2 weeks my skin looked healthier and softer. Texture appeared more even and fine lines started to vanish. Read More...I am serious about my 5 star rating, I would give it a lot more if I could...I have an issue with my hair thinning and my nails were so soft and peeling so much I would have to file them down almost daily. I take different supplements, but never really see marked results, until this particular product. I was taking it before, and didn't notice a difference until around the end of my first bottle- my nails were totally without peeling layers, and no breaks. Maybe it was just a coincidence?
