These probiotics are simply amazing! They arrived still COLD from a refrigerated truck, which gives me confidence in their effectiveness. UPDATED 11/11/13: This is my third jar of this probiotic. Over the last two months, I've had just one tiny cold lasting 3 days, while my husband has been cold-free. He previously suffered frequent cold sores due to the Herpes Simplex virus but has not had any since starting this probiotic. My sister also remains healthy, although she was initially tired. After years of suffering from numerous severe colds, this product has been a revelation. I used to have 12 major colds in 8 months, but now I feel significantly better and grateful for this product that has fundamentally changed my health.
