I haven’t been sick or had infections in five years since starting these probiotics. I used to catch colds regularly, but since incorporating them into my daily routine, it’s ceased. I prefer the 90 billion cell count; it’s pricier but more effective for me. Keeping a balance of good bacteria in our gut is vital, especially since 70% of our immune system resides there. I rarely write reviews, but this one I felt was essential.

No colds in three years

Since I started taking these three years ago, I haven’t had a cold, which is a significant change given I used to catch them two or three times each year. A colleague who had repeated sinus infections has also seen improvements after taking these. I’m truly grateful for this product; there are supposed to be other health benefits too, although it's pricey.

Excellent product! These probiotics are transformative. Though initially hesitant due to their cost, they’re worth every penny. My IUD has caused numerous issues that prescriptions failed to resolve, but these probiotics have kept me healthy and out of the doctor’s office. They also support my digestive health and keep me regular. I keep them in the fridge, as advised, despite no cold pack included.
