IBS recovery
Cured my IBS. I experienced IBS - abdominal pain, bloating, gas, diarrhoea and constipation - for four years. After taking this probiotic (and then the 200 billion one) for a month, I returned to normal! I had previously tried various ineffective medications, including antidepressants. My doctor eventually recommended probiotics, which I had dismissed in the past. I opted for this stronger version, and now I owe my happiness to it. If others with IBS would give it a try, I believe it could help them. I think IBS arises from an imbalance of gut bacteria; thus, one must take enough probiotics for effective results.

Normal digestion
It works. Embarrassingly, I thought I would always live alone due to my relentless gas and bloating, particularly at night.
