I have reordered Ultimate Flora in various formulations for the family. This one is for me, but my husband has taken it when his usual one was out. We use this "strength" twice daily at the onset of cold symptoms. It's pricey, but I trust this brand after ordering the 25 billion version for my father-in-law, who suffers from bronchitis annually. His doctor adjusts his steroid doses based on his sed rate, but thankfully he had no gastro pain this time. I'm trying the Super Critical formula for a cluster of medical issues.
