Please be careful — this nearly sent me to hospital! Initially symptomatic with diarrhea and reflux, I later experienced severe cramps and violent gastrointestinal distress after continuing for five days. It was a harrowing experience that led me to realise this probiotic was to blame. After halting it, I returned it for a refund and felt much better. This product negatively impacted my health; I would strongly advise against purchasing it.
