This is a must-have in my view. As one ages, lubrication may become necessary after menopause, and I found this product essential. My only complaint is that it becomes lumpy and white, but I've not discovered anything better. It's worth a try if you experience similar difficulties. I’ve struggled to find the right solution, and this has been the best for me.
