Essential for triathlons

These saved me in two triathlons. I got quad cramps during the run of one event. After hydrating and waiting for the cramps to subside, I took two of these and Gatorade Endurance. Though it slowed my run, I could finish. I later learnt to break one under my tongue for faster relief. During a recent Ironman, I felt slight twinges in my calves, took one under my tongue and another pill, and increased my Gatorade intake. I walked for about seven minutes, but the twinges vanished, allowing me to continue.

Tremendous reduction

Saltstick has what plants crave… electrolytes! I’ve struggled with calf cramps all my life, hindering my athletic performance. Now, a supplement of Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D, and Zinc before and on exercise days, along with this, has all but eliminated cramps. While training for my first marathon, my "wall" was cramping—not energy. I now take one of these every 30-45 minutes of running and have felt an unprecedented level of endurance.

Cramps reduced significantly

Works wonderfully! My friend, who has POTS, recommended this because I experience cramps while exercising. I've always stayed active, participating in sports and workouts, but I’d often cramp in my calves, legs, and thighs. After taking one of these before exercising and ensuring proper hydration, I now rarely suffer from cramps. I highly recommend this to anyone tired of experiencing cramps while being active.

Fatigue and cramps gone

It works well. I have always struggled with monitoring my electrolytes, exacerbated by a job that exposes me to heat and causes significant sweating. I've tried numerous methods to manage this, but in a last-ditch effort, I decided to try these. They work perfectly; my leg cramps are gone, along with fatigue and headaches. I am convinced of their effectiveness; the saying "the proof is in the pudding" applies here.

Leg cramps eliminated

Great product, truly effective. I do quite a lot of hiking on the Appalachian Trail in both Connecticut and Massachusetts while maintaining several sections for the AMC. Recently, on longer hikes, I've been drinking ample water but finishing with very heavy legs and later experiencing leg cramps. I didn't connect the leg cramps with dehydration initially, but my research indicated that dehydration can cause leg cramping. I realised I needed an electrolyte replacement, so I bought Salt Stick caps. Today, a friend and I used them on a challenging eight-mile hike in high heat and humidity. Remarkably, this product really works. We both finished feeling better than ever, and I'm confident that my leg cramping days are over. I intend to use it regularly from now on.
