It will cleanse you! I had major issues with gas and bloating, along with irregularity. After starting this supplement, I noticed relief within a few days. I gradually increased my dose and found that the bloating and gas disappeared. I now recommend it to family members, and it has worked for them as well. Worth every penny! These are wonderful for bowel cleansing. They don’t cause diarrhoea, which is a bonus! Drink plenty of water and take them before bed. In the morning, have a large glass of water and get moving. My husband and I always keep these on hand, especially for travelling or if you have sluggish bowels due to prolonged sitting and reduced physical activity. They help prevent bloating and constipation.
