Effective for bloating

Worth every penny! These are wonderful for bowel cleansing. They don’t cause diarrhoea, which is a bonus! Drink plenty of water and take them before bed. In the morning, have a large glass of water and get moving. My husband and I always keep these on hand, especially for travelling or if you have sluggish bowels due to prolonged sitting and reduced physical activity. They help prevent bloating and constipation.

Helps relieve constipation. I've used this product for over five years due to chronic constipation, likely stemming from pelvic floor dysfunction and IBS. I take it sporadically to assist with bowel movements and typically see results within a few hours after taking two pills at bedtime. Sometimes, three or four pills may be necessary, but the effects usually manifest within twenty hours. This product works better for me than laxatives or Metamucil.
