Self-Adherent Cohesive Bandage

I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

I just had hand surgery and these are the best gauze wraps I've found that are also a reasonable price. I've found other brands that had the same quality but we're much more expensive. They are strong enough to get the job done and thin enough to still allow movement. Other wraps I tried were much too thick to allow any movement and would dig into my skin when put on tight. I don't have any problems with these. They adhere to themselves extremely well which makes wrapping one handed much easier. Unlike some other wraps I've tried they also come apart a little easier and if your careful you can get multiple uses out of them if you want. Seeing as how I have to take them off and clean my injury twice a day it's nice to be able to get as much use out of them as I can before I need to open a new roll. Last but not least they are colored! So you don't have boring old tan bandages all the time. It's nice to be able to mix things up. I will definitely be stocking up on these guys for the future although I hope I won't have to use them too often lol. Oh and I almost forgot, they don't stick to your skin and/or pull out hairs when you remove them

Very Good

I have used these every day for the last month on a leg wound that needs constant maintenance, rebandaging, and pressure wrapping. This works very well. I can use the same length of wrap two or three times in a row after rebandaging the wound with good adherence. It doesn't stick to your skin either. It sticks to itself as you overlap the wrap. They do have an odd odor if you sniff the roll right after opening it. Not sure what that is all about, but I don't really notice it once I am wearing it. Easy to cut with scissors. Very good price for these too

My husband and I first found about "coban" when I began having heart problems 6 years ago, all the way thru heart transplant two years ago. This condition required many, many "sticks" for many, many weeks in a row and the nurses always used this wrap to keep the cottonball in place. We started out carefully unwrappijng the "coban" to keep for later use as we're always slightly injuring ourselves around the house. That is until we found we could just buy this product ourselves on the open market. What a blessing for us old folks, we won't be without it

Not a Vet Wrap

I always have a form of "vet wrap" because I live on a small farm and use it to treat animal injuries. This product came up when I did a vet wrap search since I was almost out. It seemed like a great bargain. It will not work as a vet wrap for animals because it doesn't have the "stickiness" that most vet wraps have, is thinner and less durable. The rolls also seemed the be smaller than the other vet wrap I generally buy, although it stated it was the same length. Since I didn't have any of the old rolls left to compare, I could have been wrong. I am sure this works well as a wrap for a person, but definitely not for animals that may need something sturd

My fingers love it.

I developed a painful condition called a "trigger finger" on the long finger of each hand after typing medical transcription all day for almost 30 years. I've been able to avoid surgery on my hands by wrapping those fingers with this bandage every day before I begin typing. It's flexible enough to allow me to type freely. My fingers no longer ache at the end of the day. I'm even able to remove the bandage when I take breaks and then reuse the same piece later. It continues to be adherent for more than a full workday. Buying the bandage from this seller is much more economical than buying it for a drug store or discount store

Good product, but not the 12 rolls shown in the photo

I ordered these tape rolls for wrapping my cracking fingers in the winter. Quality and function seems identical to ones I've ordered previously from other sellers. I would have given 5 stars, but they need to change the items photo to reflect the actual quantity of 6 that are in this offer. I missed the 6 in the description and was surprised when I didn't get 12 in the photo. I realize that's my fault for not paying attention to the description better, but they still should correct this IMHO

Great product to have in your house in case of …

Great product to have in your house in case of any emergencies. No tape needed and it is easy to put on using one hand. I cut my finger using a mandolin for the first time (yeah that hurt) and the Urgent care doctor wanted me to keep it covered for a week. I ordered these bandages, received them quickly and it solved the problem of how I was going to keep it covered while trying to do my everyday tasks. This bandage is very pliable and comfortable (and it comes in some great colors too!) I would recommend buying these bandages if you need them or you just want to have them on hand in case you do a silly thing like I did with the mandolin! Great Vendor, item was exactly as described and was received quickly

Great concept implemented well…

I first was introduced to coban when I would have blood drawn at the doctor years ago, back then it was impossible to find retail, but a nurse would always be willing to give a butt roll. I found this product on Amazon completely by accident. I seem to always injure fingers or hands and have never liked band aids. Now I can make my own with gauze and coban which not only is flexible, it protects the wound from dirt. Even better it stays on. A lot of times the coban can be re-used a couple of times. Whether on thumb or forearm, on a joint or in a flat area, I can make the perfect “band aid.” The best part is I pull no hair off when I am done

Great bandage

I read a couple of reviews stating this brand did not adhere well. I almost did not buy due to the fact that I have to bandage my fingers every day due to trigger finger. It is important that the bandages adhere well so I always use tape along with the wrap. These work so well I have not used tape for a week now. Best buy and best bandag

Wonderful

It appears I have very thin skin, since I bruise very easily. And if the bruises are on the tops of my arms, they, often, break open and seep. Using regular bandages, just causes more tears (no, not moist eyes, ripping of the skin). These stick well to themselves when wrapped carefully. If very careful, they can be reused several times. I use them, along with gauze pads and Neosporin to protect the skin from further damage. It works. If you need frequent bandages, these are worth considering. They do not stick to cloth or skin, but only to more of itself, making it a challenge to put on one arm by yourself. A helper makes it easier. Get some for yourself
