Already started using this product and I already love it. There is no abdominal discomfort at all! In fact I forgot I took it last night! This morning I was completely cleansed and I feel amazing and energetic and have a flat tummy today. I love this product and am adding it to auto reorder. I highly recommend this to anyone who has a bit trouble with 'the go' and doesn't want to take nasty gritty drinks that don't work, that are supposed to help you rid of food stuck in the intestines. This product is natural and wonderful

Really cleans you out!!

Works great. I've used this a few times and works great. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. If you stray from them you may find your self in a deal of discomfort and pain. Pop the little bugger, drink some water and go to sleep. Let things brew all night and when you wake up.....go take care of business and own the day!

Works!

Does what it's supposed to do :). I use 1 each night and 2 if I eat something I know is harder to digest. Works comfortably without nasty side effects

Works Great!

THis does exactly what it is intended to do safely and effectviely. I discussed using it daily with my doctor and was told that it was completely safe to do so. Combined with stool softener I'm never constipated anymore or for long. A great product at a great low amazon price

LOVE THIS STUFF!

The only thing that works for me and doesn't give me massive craps and sweats! I have always had trouble being regular and taking this every other day seems to do the trick

Works great tastes terrible

These are a natural looking pill with a green tent. They sort of taste like grass to me. If you have ever made the mistake of using Dulcolax, then you will NOT care what flavor these have! They work gentle and by morning just like they are supposed to. After surgery I was on heavy pain meds and took this everyday to fight the constipation that goes along with anesthesia and pain medications. Worked perfectly. No problems at all. Highly recommend

Best Laxative Ever

I have been dealing with chronic constipation since my 20s. I'm currently 72. Senokot has been a miracle. I feel almost like a normal human being. You will have to adjust the dose. I take one tablet every other day most of the time. I weigh 120lbs. I go when I get up, then a couple of more times and am set for the day. There is some cramping and gas, but finding your dose is key. The output is normal, not loose or diarrhea. I also take a split dose of Miralax ( full disclosure). I am writing this review because so many reviewers have helped me. Another product I recommend is Renew Life Cleanse More. Works very well, but output can be weird, and the ingredients can affect your kidneys. I now keep it on hand, for just in case

Like the laxatives sometimes they do something

I tried these as an alternative to the harsher laxatives and they're OK. Like the laxatives sometimes they do something, sometimes they don't. Have been reticent to up to 2 at a time but that's my next stop in trying to get things moving. I was hoping to not get the cramps like I do with actual laxatives but I do, it's just more of like a period/uterus cramping/heaviness over the expected kind. (Hey, TMI is expected when you're reading about a laxative, you asked for it!
