Very good, very cold and provides excellent coverage all around the knee. This ice wrap has been fantastic to help me recover from a traumatic knee injury. I was hesitant to buy it based on some negative reviews, but I’d like to address those concerns. Some reviewers mentioned it is excessively cold, which I believe depends on individual freezer temperatures; mine get very, very cold. I use this wrap over my leggings, and it remains quite cold. It might cause frostbite if not careful, depending on the freezer. I have not experienced any issues with the gel packs shifting or falling out, as the pockets keep them secure. The wrap does develop frost quickly due to the humidity, but I simply keep the inside surfaces together to avoid this. Overall, it provides excellent cold coverage and I appreciate its effectiveness.

I’m glad I decided to buy this after reading mixed reviews. It was precisely what I needed. The gel packs became extremely cold and stayed that way for an extended period. I wore it for nearly an hour, and it remained as cold as when I took it from the freezer. Highly recommend this product for anyone considering it.

Recovering from a total knee replacement, I sought something that keeps the knee cold and provides compression simultaneously. After trying another brand, I wish I had purchased this one first. This is the most comfortable wrap I have ever worn on my knees. I have had constant knee problems, and this wrap not only reduces the swelling but also remains cold on my knee for over 30 minutes! It is soft yet strong, comfortable yet durable, and great value for money.
