Helps control my fibromyalgia muscle twitches
I have fibromyalgia and one of the small but super annoying symptoms is muscle twitching everywhere from a tick in my eye lid to leg and arm twitches. This stops muscle twitching for me. Period. Also helps prevent severe calf spasms that I suffered with my entire life. I used much higher dose "health food" Mg supplements without effect. My doctor recommended this particular brand and it really is absorbable to the body in a way regular supplements are not. It has been a life saver for the decade plus since my fibro diagnosis. Often when I take a supplement (or prescription medication for that matter) I don't really know if it is working or not. Slow-Mag definitely works for these muscle problems I have. It also helps with Constipation. Think it may have other benefits as well as some others say but I am just writing what I can tell for sure. Also GREAT price online less than $10 as 'add on' I think it was. Have seen it for $17 in drugstore and it can't be bought from health food stores. Pills are a modest size and easy to swallow cause they are coated. Would recommend this to anyone looking for an absorbable Mg supplement
