Firstly, my children very much enjoyed the taste and wanted to take them daily. It's rare to find a vitamin that combines omega-3, EPA, and DHA with other potent multivitamins, all free from harmful ingredients and organic. I have noticed improvements in my children’s immunity and their bone pain is less pronounced, as they are also rich in vitamin K. It has a pleasant honey-like smell and is worth the investment!
