Great product! These are a lifesaver! I've struggled to find 1 gram salt tablets without fillers. They're cheaper than at my local pharmacy. While some have stomach issues with salt tablets, I have Gastroparesis, and these never cause me pain or nausea. They really help raise my blood pressure, so I highly recommend them if you have low blood pressure or sweat a lot.

Great for POTS. I have POTS and a sensitive stomach, so I was concerned these salt tablets might make me nauseous. I am pleased to report that, indeed, I have experienced no nausea. My walking heart rate has decreased from around 130 to 90 since I started taking these.

Good for HRT. I got these for my roommate on HRT (trans woman). They address salt cravings when there aren't many salty foods available. However, don't take them on an empty stomach as they cause severe nausea.

I threw up almost instantly after taking the whole tablet as it wouldn't break easily. I immediately felt nauseous and was sick soon after. I'm unsure if anything would change if taken with more food, as the nausea was quite strong. I don't have a sensitive stomach, having never had food poisoning.
