Improves illness resilience
Excellent health! I first tried vitamin C in autumn during illness season. My family and elderly mother take it in cycles: one month on, one month off, or weekly. After taking it, I feel energised. When my child brought home the flu, we all had mild symptoms, which I attribute to the vitamin C. It's a significant discovery for me and far more effective than pharmacy-grade ascorbic acid.
