Suitable for sensitivity
An excellent source of Vitamin C in a slow-release form. I'm somewhat sensitive to Vitamin C's tendency to loosen my bowels too much, so the time release formula is ideal as I have no issues. I appreciate the immune benefits it offers and trust Solaray to use high-quality ingredients.

Constipation concern
Mysterious constipation. I was drawn to rosehip and acerola and took it every morning, but over time, my family and I, who usually had regular bowel movements, became constipated. I'm unsure why, but I suspect it relates to this vitamin C. I still have more than half left, but I've stopped taking it out of fear. I feel the “sustained release type” was a factor. It's been over three months since I ceased taking it, and I have yet to regain my previous bowel comfort; constipated tendencies persist.
