I have been taking it for three weeks, and I first noticed a decrease in the number of rashes on my face, with my skin appearing clearer. There were no adverse effects on my gastrointestinal tract; my intestines are functioning well. I took a course after finishing antibiotics and will continue as it seems to boost my immunity.

Warning! From the second day of use, I experienced a rash. I will stop taking it and consider it a waste of money on Solgar.

Minimal effect
Surprisingly, this was effective for lactose intolerance. I initially intended it for allergies and knew that Lactobacillus rhamnosus worked, but after consuming about 450cc of milk with one pill, I avoided diarrhoea. However, I still had rashes on my hands despite eating a whole can for the allergic side. It seems I could get better results with a steroid ointment to address the inflammation.
