Great anti-inflammatory! I mainly use this product to relieve my arthritis-related joint pain. While I am overweight and my joints often ache, this B complex formula from Solgar effectively reduces inflammation and pain, particularly in my knees. I pair it with low lignin flaxseed oil, which nearly eliminates my joint discomfort. Previously, I relied on OTC pain relievers, but I prefer this natural alternative, which has improved my condition significantly and lasts longer too!
