Zinc reduces diarrhea, colds in infants
We investigated the impact of daily multivitamin and zinc supplementation on the health of Tanzanian infants. In our randomized, double-blind study involving 2,400 infants, we compared the effects of these supplements against a placebo over 18 months.

Our findings revealed that while zinc significantly reduced occurrences of diarrhea and acute respiratory infections, multivitamins did not provide additional benefits. Ultimately, zinc supplementation starting at 6 weeks may be beneficial for reducing some common illnesses in infants, but multivitamins did not show any significant positive impact.

Boosts energy
I have been taking Solgar's B-Complex "100" daily for several months. This supplement provides all the B vitamins in high potency, which supports my energy levels and nervous system health. I've noticed improved energy, especially during stressful times. While I take it with food to avoid stomach upset, the quality justifies the higher price. If you need a robust B-complex for health, I recommend this one.
