Improved stomach function
I ordered it on the advice of a gastroenterologist due to my gastritis, as B vitamins enhance stomach function. I also had tests for vitamins, and these vitamins are effective—I have tested them myself!

I purchased this at the urging of my attending gastroenterologist as part of the treatment for erosive gastritis and Helicobacter pylori. However, I do not notice a significant difference compared to other more affordable brands.
