We explored the effects of riboflavin and biotin deficiencies in premature twins, who initially presented with skin rashes among other severe symptoms. After being diagnosed, one twin began supplementation with these vitamins.

Remarkably, this led to a quick improvement in clinical condition and laboratory findings within days. Though one twin experienced tragic complications resulting in death, the surviving twin went home in stable condition, highlighting the importance of addressing vitamin deficiencies early.

These B vitamins have become our spring and autumn favourites. I noticed my hair no longer falls out, and my nails are stronger. My mood and sleep quality improved, and I feel less irritable. It’s easier to handle mental strain with increased energy levels. Unlike other brands, Solgar has not caused any allergic reactions, redness, or rashes. There were also no gastrointestinal side effects, and the capsules are conveniently small. This is presently the best B vitamin complex I've used, though I wish for a better form of B12 for absorption.

These magical B vitamins are incredible for stress, depression, fatigue, drowsiness, and the autumn blues. Over time, I felt revitalised; my mood improved, and I gained strength and energy, awakening to life again. They significantly benefit the nervous system, alleviating trivial anxieties and gloom. However, I did experience a side effect: during one course, I developed rashes on my face, possibly due to a vitamin overdose.
