Great mood improvement

The effect is excellent! My body functions like clockwork now, with normalised stool and menstrual cycle. There was no premenstrual syndrome, and my mood and alertness improved significantly. My nails stopped breaking after four weeks. I've bought more and will continue to do so in the future, as the price is reasonable and much cheaper than retail pharmacies. I recommend these vitamins, although Solgar has a complex for women that is even better, which I’ve mentioned on my page.

I will buy more! The jar contains 250 large tablets, and I take one three times a day. I feel much calmer now, a sensation similar to when I used light tranquilizers. Panic waves that previously troubled me have lessened, and I maintain a more balanced mood. I don't feel the premenstrual syndrome that I would usually have. My nails have become strong and smooth. I experienced fragility before but no longer. While I can't say much about my hair, there has been some reduction in hair fall. Overall, I highly recommend it.
