What you need for problem skin! Cool result! I have problematic skin on my back. I believed that this hormone-dependent rash was something I could not treat with hormones for several years. After consulting a doctor for an unrelated issue, tests indicated a zinc deficiency. The doctor prescribed Zincteral (zinc sulphate), which made me feel quite unwell. I opted for dietary supplements to manage my zinc intake, as chelated zinc offers higher bioavailability and fewer side effects. Initially, I followed conflicting instructions on dosage. Within a few weeks, I noticed a significant decrease in rashes by about 50%. I'm thrilled with these results and intend to continue for three months. A beautician suggested adding collagen, as my problematic skin needs it. I'm currently taking zinc with Derma Matrix collagen powder. The outcomes so far have been encouraging. Definitely recommend it!

I initially cannot fully appreciate the overall effect, as I took it for the first time alongside chlorophyll that contains a lot of copper. I took zinc to prevent deficiency. The small white tablets are easy to swallow with no nausea afterwards—unlike a previous brand that caused nausea and vomiting. I also noticed that taking zinc in double doses when ill leads to faster recovery. My skin has improved, reduced oiliness, and the rashes have disappeared. It's a reputable brand, and the jar is large with no issues.

After a week of use, my rashes and acne on the skin practically disappeared. The skin on my fingers no longer cracks, and my eyelashes appear thicker and longer. It's well tolerated, whether taken on an empty stomach or with food.

Even skin tone
If you desire a clean face, this tool is highly effective. For an even skin tone without rashes, I recommend you to take it. However, be realistic; you are unlikely to see results immediately, so completing the course is essential.

Fewer rash occurrences

A good supplement that I've purchased twice now. While my hair hasn't changed much, the skin results are noticeable. Symptoms of atopic dermatitis have lessened, and there are fewer rashes on my face. For preventative measures, I took it for another three months and then planned a break. The tablets are large, tasteless, and the packaging is both large and stylish, consistent with the brand's quality.

Overall health boost

I first bought this zinc in June 2021 when I contracted COVID. I purchased it at a pharmacy, as delivery took too long, although it was more expensive than iHerb. I took it alongside vitamin C (from Now Foods). Within three days, my general health improved, hair loss stopped, and facial rashes decreased. It's well tolerated by my digestive system, and I took it with breakfast. When my mother fell ill, she also began taking it and noted significant symptom relief. Now, I've ordered more on iHerb.

Increased rash symptoms

I did not notice a positive effect on my skin while taking this product to eliminate subcutaneous acne; in fact, the situation worsened. I began with a daily dose of one tablet for three weeks, then increased to two tablets daily along with copper. This led to increased acne and strange rashes (redness) on my hands. To remedy this, I added Lysine, MSM, Omega-3, and probiotics, but it seems like breaks are necessary between doses.

Essential zinc
I take 22 mg of chelated zinc glycinate in courses. It eliminates a rash on the face and is a necessity for dealing with colds and viruses. Zinc is beneficial for both men and women, and a tin should always be kept at home.

Helps with seborrheic dermatitis
5 people found this helpful
This zinc has helped me manage my oily skin prone to rashes and seborrheic dermatitis, including my scalp. The usage must be tailored; I've found taking it after meals works best for me. Although some reported metallic tastes, I did not experience this. It's crucial to recognise when to stop taking zinc, as it can lead to dry skin.
