This product will most likely give you headaches. After researching for pcos, I purchased it, but it causes headaches, as others have noted. I also read that it's synthetic and not derived from natural sources. This is going in the trash; what a total waste of money.

Really Good. I adhered to the package directions, taking two pills twice daily. Immediately I experienced energy, something I haven’t felt in years. However, after a few hours, I developed bad headaches and felt unwell. After a week of trying to adjust, I reduced my intake to two pills a day and have felt better, with energy and weight loss without changing my diet.

No noticeable difference. I haven't noticed a real improvement with this product. They do make me feel a bit jittery and give me a slight headache.
