DO NOT TAKE EVENING PRIMROSE IF YOU HAVE ESTROGEN DOMINANCE! It increases estrogen production. After a period of regulation with progesterone, I read a review stating it aids sleep and tried it. Unfortunately, it disrupted my system in just 5 days, reviving my hot flashes. I am stopping it after learning about its effects on estrogen dominance. I regret not researching properly before taking this.

This product, combined with another for menopause, has made the transition much smoother. After reducing carbs and gluten from my diet, I'm now happier and healthier. I've been off the other product for years, but if I stop taking the Evening Primrose Oil, my hot flashes return. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Super supplement! I've been on hormone replacement therapy for years, but when the dosage was reduced, hot flashes began, affecting my sleep. After one week of taking evening primrose oil with Maca, my hormone deficiency symptoms gradually faded. After three weeks, everything had resolved, and I will definitely continue taking it.
