Most Useful Reviews

3.8
Induces nausea
I drink multivitamins occasionally. This one, despite lacking iron, causes nausea and a feeling of vomiting if taken on an empty stomach. While synthetic vitamins are undoubtedly better, they are significantly pricier. Thus, this one will do for now.

Caused nausea
I didn't like these vitamins, as they caused nausea after taking them.

8.8
Reduced nausea
The composition is good, the delivery was fast, and the packaging was high-quality. The capsules are slightly larger but easy to swallow with a pleasant citrus taste. I take one capsule daily during meals, along with vitamin D3 + K2, magnesium, and vitamin B6. After ten days, I've noticed benefits: more energy, no headaches, and improved mood. I recommend it for those into fitness or diets, as Omega-3 indeed replenishes what’s missing in the body.
