Useful for management
I've used L-lysine for managing Alzheimer's, vertigo, cold sores, and also for treating a cat with feline herpes. I misordered the 1000 mg tablets instead of capsules but find the product effective. I typically prefer capsules since they’re easier to swallow. While I haven't noticed a marked difference between brands, as long as it’s "free-form" L-lysine, it works well in aiding various health issues, including Alzheimer's management.
