Effectiveness of lysine on bone pain[The effects of the carbocalcitonin + arginine-lysine-lactose combination in senile involutional osteoporosis].
Research on osteoporosis treatment
We examined the effects of an arginine-lysine-lactose combination on bone pain in older adults with osteoporosis. In our study of 40 participants, we compared those receiving this treatment to a control group receiving carbocalcitonin alone.
After six months, we observed that the group treated with arginine-lysine-lactose showed greater improvements, including increased bone density and reduced pain. These benefits likely stem from enhanced calcium absorption linked to lysine and lactose.
Overall, the combination proved effective in alleviating bone pain symptoms associated with aging.
