Effective headache relief
Excellent results. I have tried more expensive brands, but Solgar has provided the best results. I take it to manage Shingles, which can manifest as a cold sore and also trigger headaches at the base of the skull when the virus is active due to stress or poor diet, even without blisters.

SINUS ISSUES ARE GONE! I started this product for my acne but didn’t realise it would work wonders on my sinus issues. I suffer from chronic congestion and headaches. I take one tablet a day and I'm amazed—no more sinus pain or infections at all!
