I'm a little irritated that I ordered this and now have to either throw it out or return it. I wanted the benefits of simultaneous B6 and magnesium supplementation. However, according to the National Institute of Health (see photo), the max recommended dose for non-pregnant adult women in my age range is 320mg/daily, and 360mg/daily for pregnant women in my age range. In fact, per the NIH, the only groups for whom a 400mg dose is appropriate are males aged 14 , and pregnant girls between age 14-18 (again, see attached photo grid from NIH). I'm not messing around with recommended dosages of anything, especially while trying to get pregnant. Just be sure to ask your doctor if this is safe for you, especially if you're a non-pregnant female over age 18
