I found the magnesium extremely beneficial! I began taking three a day for two months. I previously experienced chest compressions and irritability, but all that has disappeared. More importantly, I encouraged my mother, who suffered from severe swelling in her feet due to heart issues, to try this complex. She had been prescribed Detroleks, which did not help. This magnesium is superb! I purchased some for myself and my mother, who had a broken leg. After just a week and a half, the swelling from her veins decreased significantly, which was a surprise.
