The vitamin complex is beneficial for both women and men! After a month, my hair noticeably became livelier and less tangled when combing; even new strands began to grow. My nails break less often, and the nail plate is now stronger. The vitamins seem effective, easily digestible, and I have experienced no allergies. I also take omega 3 and vitamin D alongside them. These vitamins truly work! I've tried numerous others due to my hair falling out and nails being fragile, but they either didn't help or I suffered from allergies. After a month of usage, I noticed significant improvement—my hair is shedding much less, and my skin is healthier! I will be ordering more.
