Uncertain bleeding issue
I’m not sure if these pills caused bleeding as they've been the newest addition to my regimen since 6th April. I experienced bleeding outside my period, but since stopping them, the blood has started to decrease. Be cautious if you face similar issues with these pills!

However, after thirty days, there was an improvement in my skin, and my hair fell out much less. The strength of my hair bulbs and structure improved significantly. Overall, I was very pleased with the results from the SOLGAR SKIN, NAILS, HAIR ADVANCED MSM FORMULA.

It's crucial not to overuse antibiotics and to monitor calcium levels in your blood.

Side effects noted
Although it improved my skin and hair, it caused my blood pressure to lower and my skin to become drier. Thus, I rated it two stars and stopped taking the tablets to avoid low blood pressure.
